Install Fiji

Fiji Client runs on Windows 10 and 11. You’ll need your Fiji account, an active license, and the music player you want to use.

Before you sign in: your first successful client sign-in binds your license to that Windows PC. Don’t activate it on someone else’s computer or a temporary virtual machine. See account and purchases for the device policy.

Download from your account

1. Open your Fiji account.
2. Sign in with the account that owns Fiji. If you haven’t purchased it, complete checkout first.
3. Download the Windows installer from your account. Avoid installers shared by other people.
4. Open the downloaded installer and let it finish downloading the client.

If setup stops, keep the complete error message. A short line or cropped screenshot can leave out the part that identifies the problem.

Sign in on Windows

Open Fiji and enter your account email. Use the verification code delivered to that inbox to complete sign-in.

Codes are short-lived. If you requested another code, use the newest email. Never share the code with support or anyone else.

Connect your music

Select your provider in Fiji, then start a song. Desktop Spotify and Apple Music do not need a browser extension. For supported web players, set up Music Bridge.

Last.fm is different: connect your Last.fm username, and Fiji reads the listening information available for that account. Compare providers.

Show your activity

Open the Discord desktop app and enable Discord presence in Fiji. Check Discord presence if the song appears in Fiji but not on Discord.

Keep Fiji up to date

Use the update option offered by Fiji or download the current installer from your account. Normal client updates keep your saved preferences.

An unpacked Music Bridge extension has its own files. Updating the desktop client does not replace those extension files. Update Music Bridge.

Start with the setup troubleshooting checklist. Don’t delete your settings or turn off security software as a first step.
