Your Fiji account holds your client access and profile purchases. Use the same email when you sign in on the website and inside Fiji Client.

The Fiji license

Fiji Client is a $4.99 USD one-time purchase for one Windows PC. A music service may require a separate subscription; buying Fiji does not pay for that service.

The first successful client sign-in binds your account to that PC and its Windows device key. The current license policy does not offer resets or transfers. Replacing the PC or losing the Windows profile/key can remove access. Check the terms before activating on a device.

Email code not arriving

Check the address you entered and look in spam. Wait at least 30 seconds before requesting another code. Codes expire after five minutes, and only the newest code works.

Fiji support will not ask you to send the code. Keep access to your account’s email inbox secure.

Checkout completed but access is missing

Return to your account and check the purchase status. Access depends on payment confirmation, not merely reaching a checkout return page.

If a completed payment still does not appear, contact billing@fijiclient.com with the account email and receipt reference. Do not include card numbers or login codes.

Profile upgrades

Premium, Verified, and custom badge credits are separate from the client license. Profile access still requires an active Fiji license and linked Discord account.

Purchase history and refunds

Open Purchase history on your account to see client purchases, profile upgrades, badge credits, and their status. Refunded or revoked entries remain visible for reference but do not continue granting access or credits.

For refund questions, use the billing contact and review Fiji’s terms. Support needs a receipt reference, not your private payment information.

Donations

Donations support Fiji separately from product purchases. They do not include a license, Premium, or badge credits. When using GitHub Sponsors, check the recipient and payment details on GitHub before confirming a contribution.
