Discord presence

Fiji publishes its own activity to Discord. Your music should be recognized in Fiji before you troubleshoot the Discord side.

Start a session

1. Open the Discord desktop app and sign in.
2. Open Fiji, sign in, and enable Discord presence.
3. Select your provider and start a song.
4. Check the title and artist inside Fiji, then check your Discord profile.

Discord controls when other people see an updated activity. A track update in Fiji is not a promise that every Discord view refreshes at that exact moment.

Spotify appears twice

Fiji does not replace Discord’s built-in Spotify connection. If you only want Fiji’s activity, open Discord Settings → Connections → Spotify and turn off Display Spotify as your status.

This is your Discord setting. Fiji cannot switch it off for you.

Fiji shows a song, Discord shows idle

Check that presence is enabled in Fiji and that Discord allows activity sharing. Keep both apps open. If Fiji displays a Discord error code, include the code in your report.

If the song is also missing inside Fiji, start with provider detection or Music Bridge. That is a different connection from the one between Fiji and Discord.

Artwork and lyrics

The activity can include artwork and available synchronized lyrics. Discord may cache artwork or delay updates. If the wrong cover persists, send the exact song link and screenshots from both Fiji and Discord.

Rapid lyric lines may be skipped because activity updates are limited. Read lyrics and Living Room for what depends on lyric timing.

Your website profile

Sharing activity on your Fiji profile is a separate opt-in setting. Enabling Discord presence alone does not publish a public Fiji profile. Set up your profile.
